• Transaction Data: Wallet balance, recharge transactions, and payment details processed via Razorpay (we do not store card or UPI credentials)
• Location Data:
  • For conductors: Continuous background GPS location for live vehicle tracking
  • For passengers: Location used only while using the app to show nearby buses
• Device Information: Android ID, device model, OS version
• Usage Data: App interactions and performance logs

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide wallet services including balance recharge and transactions
• Enable real-time bus tracking and route updates
• Show nearby buses based on your location
• Improve app functionality and user experience
• Ensure security and prevent fraud

3. Payments

Wallet X uses third-party payment gateway Razorpay to process transactions. We do not store your sensitive financial information such as card details, UPI IDs, or banking credentials. All payments are securely processed by Razorpay.

4. Location Data Usage

We collect and use location data as follows:

• Conductor role: Background location is collected continuously to enable live tracking of vehicles.
• Passenger role: Location is used only while using the app to display nearby buses.

Location data is used strictly for app functionality and is not sold or shared for advertising purposes.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only in the following cases:

• With secure backend services required for app functionality
• With Razorpay for payment processing
• When required by law or legal process

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

We retain user data only as long as necessary for providing services and complying with legal obligations.
